At NutriEase, we take pride in delivering high-quality, safe, and hygienically packed food products. Due to the nature of our products (consumables/ready-to-cook food), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

No Refunds / No Returns

  • All purchases made through our store are final and non-refundable.

  • We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • After review, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Cancellations
